Reach B4U – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reach B4U food delivery application and related services (“Service”). By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Customer/User – Any person placing an order via the Reach B4U app.

  • Restaurant/Vendor – Partner food outlets providing meals via our platform.

  • Delivery Partner/Driver – Independent contractors delivering orders to customers.

  • Admin – Reach B4U management team operating the platform.

2. Service Scope

Reach B4U acts as an online marketplace connecting customers with restaurants and independent delivery partners. We do not cook, store, or prepare food ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal, contact, and delivery address information.

  • Ensure timely payment for orders.

  • Be available to receive the order at the delivery location.

  • Not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Restaurant Rights

  • A restaurant may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, kitchen operations are disrupted, or any unforeseen circumstance prevents fulfillment.

  • In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered as per the Refund Policy.

5. Driver & Admin Rights

  • A driver may cancel an order due to safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen emergencies.

  • The Reach B4U admin may cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, operational issues, or force majeure events.

6. Order Acceptance

Orders placed through the app are only confirmed after acceptance by the restaurant. You will receive an order confirmation notification upon acceptance.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are set by the restaurants and displayed in the app.

  • Prices may include applicable taxes and delivery charges.

  • Payments can be made online or by Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reach B4U is not responsible for:

  • Quality, safety, or preparation of food provided by restaurants.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors.

  • Loss or damage resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control.

9. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
